Magnetic MRO, a Total Technical Care and Asset Management organization, has been announced as a winner of the 2020 Awards for VET Excellence, award program which is part of the European Vocational Skills Week. Company has received an award for their Training at Work program.
Each year, as part of the Week, the Awards for VET Excellence recognise individuals and organisations for their efforts in promoting and offering high-quality VET. This year, Magnetic MRO was nominated for their Training at Work program, created together with Estonian Aviation Academy with the aim to provide students with extensive hands-on working experience. In addition, the program was tailored to workforce issues, concerning the aviation industry, in mind.

Eva Lastik, Vocational Education and Training Coordinator at the Estonian Aviation Academy shared that the victory became a surprise, but she believed that all the prerequisites were met: “We can see that our students are very motivated and it is for sure due to great corporate partners, who offer the best opportunities for the students.”
