Magnetic Academy Celebrates Its First Graduation Ceremony
In early February, the Magnetic MRO's own workplace-based training program, Magnetic Academy, closed its first training course called Zero2Hero by celebrating 12 students completing it. At a graduation rate of 80%, the students finished the theoretical part required for the hands-on work taking place at the dedicated MRO facilities.
"Receiving this certification lays the ground in helping apprentices work towards their B1/B2 license. The graduates also have the opportunity now to join the Magnetic Academy second course - Part -66 in 3 years, where they will start doing their module exams," shares Ene Krinpus, CHRO at Magnetic Group.
The second flight of the Magnetic Academy initial Zero2Hero course has already been assembled, and the apprentices have already begun their aviation journey. Classroom studies will start in May 2025. The hiring process for the following third round of Magnetic Academy is expected to reopen very soon, in early spring 2025.
